When you use Allin Signal, we may collect the following:

• Account information: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth) when you create an account.
• Profile information: Display name, if provided.
• Payment information: Subscription payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or billing details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy and security standards.
• Usage data: Watchlist items, chat messages, and preferences you create within the Service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you access the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain your account and subscription.
• Provide access to signals, watchlists, and the community chat.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, subscription receipts).
• Respond to support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve and maintain the Service.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Allin Signal:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure. Data is stored on Supabase-managed servers. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Polygon.io — market data provider. We fetch price data from Polygon; no user data is shared with them.
• Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google's CDN. Google may collect limited data per their policies.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Allin Signal uses browser local storage to save your theme preference (dark/light mode) and authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and Row Level Security policies on our database. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at allinsignalsupport@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
