Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Allin Signal offers a monthly subscription at $3.00 per month. Subscribers receive full access to:

• All buy and sell signals for the full large-cap universe
• Confidence scores and trend data for all rated stocks
• Watchlist creation and alert features
• Members-only community chat

Non-subscribers have access to a free preview of limited signals.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis starting from the date of your initial purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Allin Signal to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You will receive a receipt from Stripe to your email address after each successful charge.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at allinsignalsupport@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the following month.
• Access to subscriber features will end at the conclusion of your paid period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods upon cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase date and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment.

Refunds are not available for:

• Charges beyond the first billing cycle.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase date.
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

To request a refund, email allinsignalsupport@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will be notified by email if a payment fails.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

7. No Financial Guarantee

Subscription fees are charged for access to the Service — not for any investment outcome. Allin Signal does not guarantee any financial results, and subscription fees are non-refundable on the basis of signal performance or investment losses.
