Allin Signal provides an automated, model-based stock signal service for general informational purposes. The Service generates buy and sell signals based solely on a quantitative price model. The Service does not provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of professional financial services.
Use of the Service does not create any client, advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and Allin Signal. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other licensed financial professional. Nothing in these Terms or anywhere on the Service should be interpreted as establishing such a relationship.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, code, design, signals, and methodology published on Allin Signal are the proprietary property of Allin Signal. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allin Signal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or capital, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States.
